Millions of people over the world hold the Bible up as the ultimate guide for civilized living. At the same time too, other millions hold up the Koran and the teachings of Mohammad as being the proper guide for civilization and then there are many other millions that turn to Buddhism as a means of creating Nirvana right here on earth and then in the far east billions quote Confucius as being the source of all the necessary knowledge for society to follow. There are several million of us here in America that believe that our constitution written in 1776 is the most perfect guide for mankind to follow in order to achieve the most successful lifestyle. In fact many of us believe our constitution is a truly sacred document One of the principle reasons the Bush administration is held in such low esteem by so many is because he has trampled on too many important parts of our constitution, like; suspending the right of habeas corpus, the fourth amendment protection against unlawful search and seizure, the use of torture, and a number of other things that fly in the face of that sacred document. What further angers many is the fact the he took an oath to defend that document and then has constantly been violating it and running roughshod over some of its most hallowed principles. If anything has been learned by his administration it is the fact that you don’t trifle with the constitution. It is truly remarkable that someone can go through Yale and not have known that.
