2nd Annual Camanche Cleanup Day, Lake Camanche- 209-763-5121

Lake Camanche and the East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) are proud to be planning the 2nd annual Camanche Cleanup Day. This year the cleanup day is in conjunction with the California Coastal Commission's 24th Annual California Coastal Cleanup Day. Last year over 700 lbs of trash was removed from the shores of Lake Camanche! The goal, in addition to the removal of unwanted trash and debris, is to build this event into something the whole community can be proud of. Volunteers are very much needed and as a reward to those who volunteer, Lake Camanche is planning to provide two free nights of camping, coffee and breakfast in the morning, a lunch after the event, a commemorative shirt and a special presentation by an EBMUD Ranger.
