the Tom Jenkins VFW Post #9454, 5019 Main St., Coulterville, Ca.

Northern Mariposa County History Center (NMCHC) Fund Raising Breakfasts
  Held the second Sunday of every month.
Produced entirely by volunteers, this Family friendly event is a vital fund-raiser for the private,
nonprofit museum located in the heart of Historic Coulterville…”the gold rush town to tough to die!”
Enjoy breakfast from 8 ‘till 11 a.m.
You get a generous serving of fresh eggs cooked “your way” with ham or sausage,
“all you can eat” pancakes & fresh fruit for only $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children.
Families rate is just $15.00, covering breakfast for 2 adults & 2 children.
Raffle items include sterling silver and 14K jewelry as well as home baked goodies.
Held at the “Old School House”… at the corner of Broadway and Cemetery St.

    Yosemite National Park Celebrates 2014 National Park Week and Earth Day
    with Special Programs and Activities

    Yosemite National Park will celebrate National Park Week and Earth Day from Saturday, April 19 through Sunday, April 27, 2014. Special events and activities are being sponsored and organized by the National Park Service (NPS), DNC Parks & Resorts at Yosemite, Inc., Yosemite Conservancy, and the Ansel Adams Gallery. Park entrance fees will be waived for Yosemite National Park from Saturday, April 19 through Sunday, April 20, 2013.     Artist Exhibit

    Saturday, April 5 through Saturday, May 3 at 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.

    Exhibit runs Wednesday through Monday, starting April 5th 2014 through May 3rd 2014,11 a.m. to 5 p.m.,

    Closed Tuesdays

     An exhibit that encompasses Yosemite National Park's past, present and future, as well as personal visions of the park, and its meaning or significance to individual artists.

    The show will feature works that address the history, present state, and possibly future of Yosemite National Park. Works will address historical subjects, current issues, and predictions or speculations on the future of the Park, including folklore or mythology. The exhibit would also include "personal visions" of Yosemite, ie "What Yosemite means to me".

    Many artists have personal connections to the park that is expressed in their work.
    In addition, it has the potential to reach outside the boundaries of the park, following the surrounding trails, railroads, rivers, streams, flumes, stage roads, etc that lead traffic in and out of the park, expanding the geography without distorting the theme.

    28th Annual Raymond Parade

    Saturday, April 19 from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

    The parade kicks off at 12 noon

    The Swap Meet, Craft and Food Fair runs all day from 9 to 5 at the Raymond Museum located at 31956 Road 608 in Raymond.

    Sierra Repertory Theatre Opens 35th Anniversary
    with Epic Musical Les Misérables
