2.              Consideration of approval of a Resolution approving Agreement No. 16-WC-20-4871, for the purchase of unreleased restoration flows (URF) from the Bureau of Reclamation and authorize the Chairman of the Board of Directors to execute the agreement and the Public Works Director, or his designee, to execute other documents as may be necessary by this URF Agreement.
