Caltrans Traffic Advisory for Mariposa County on State Route 140 From Mariposa to Yosemite National Park Continues Monday, November 21 and Tuesday, November 22, 2016

November 21, 2016 - Mariposa County – The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform one-way traffic control on eastbound and westbound State Route 140 (SR-140) from State Route 49 (SR-49) near Mariposa slow for the cone zone caltrans

to Yosemite National Park for tree work. Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, there is no scheduled road work for Thursday (November 24) or Friday (November 25).

Crews will begin work on Monday, November 21, 2016, through Tuesday, November 22, 2016, from 6:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Motorists should expect 10 minute delays. Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.

This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment and/ or materials and construction related issues.

For the safety of workers and other motorists, please Slow For the Cone Zone.
