Our Mariposa County Fairgrounds continues to need community support to help cover ongoing infrastructure repairs and improvements. The Mariposa Friends of the Fairgrounds Foundation is committed to fund-raising for this cause, and was recently the grateful recipient of a generous gift from Randy Bower Construction, in the form of a 1975 Corvette Stingray T-Top, white, with tan interior, and equipped with classic true spoke wheels.
The car will be raffled off to the holder of the lucky ticket. Odds are short with this raffle, with only 300 tickets (at $50 per ticket). The drawing is scheduled for Monday, September 4th, 2017 the final day of this year's Mariposa County Fair.
Tickets for the raffle are available now, and can be purchased only at the Fairgrounds Office. Any remaining tickets will be available at the Mariposa Friends of the Fairgrounds booth during the Fair.
The winner will be responsible for licensing and title transfer fees. The winner need not be present to win.
