Do your children have an interest on attending a summer camp? Try new activities such as climbing wall, giant swing, and water slide? Then send them to 4-H Camp Tweety slated for July 1-3, 2017 at the Camp Oakhurst in Coarsegold. Mariposa County 4-H invites all 4th-8th grade children to come join the fun at Camp Tweety. 

The camp will begin Saturday morning at 9 a.m. and end on Monday afternoon. Camp activities will include archery, BB guns, crafts, tie-dying, and more. Along with these activities the campers will enjoy a campfire with smores, skits and songs. Camp theme is “The 50’s”.

Youth need to be age 9 by December 31, 2016. Early bird registration fee of $125 is for 4-H members and $163 for non-4-Hers (includes $38 insurance/enrollment fee) for (7) meals, snacks, materials, and a camp souvenir. The early bird special is due by Friday, April 28. After this date registration fee is $150 for 4-H members and $188 for non-members.

Registration forms for 4-H members are available at the UCCE office, and on-line at http://cemariposa.ucanr.edu/4-H_Program/Camp_Tweety. Non-4-Her forms are available at the UCCE Office, or call the office to have one mailed. Make checks payable to “Mariposa 4-H Council”. We will take payment arrangements, but fee must be paid in full by the Friday, May 26 date.
