Soroptimist International of Mariposa would like to take this opportunity to thank the community of Mariposa for making the Elegant Dress Closet Tea and Fashion Show such a fantastic success.

A special thank you to the wonderful students who were our models and escorts and did a fabulous job, and the FFA students who served our guests.  We also want to thank Lee Ann Allen for the use of her tea service. Thank you to the Mariposa Gazette and the Sierra Sun Times for promoting our event.  Most importantly, we are grateful to all that have generously cleaned out their closets and donated over 400 formal dresses suitable for high school Prom.  Without your dresses, the Elegant Dress Closet would not have become a reality.
