I want to go on record as endorsing John Carrier, District 5 Supervisor, for reelection.  I have known Supervisor Carrier since he was elected to his first term three and a half years ago, and have worked and collaborated together with Supervisor Carrier on various committees including the Yosemite Sequoia Resource Conservation and Development Committee, the San Joaquin Valley Association of California Counties, the Yosemite Gateway Partnership, and the Yosemite Area Regional Transportation System Joint Powers Authority. 

Supervisor Carrier has always been supportive when working on various committees, and continually looks for collaborative solutions to the problems and issues we face.  I have had the pleasure to work with Supervisor Carrier throughout the years collaborating on partnerships supporting each other between districts.  One such project that I worked with Supervisor Carrier on was the development of the Highway 140 YARTS route between Fresno and Yosemite. 

Mariposa County and District 5 are lucky to have a Supervisor that possesses the skill set that John possesses.
