SST LTRWhen I started college at USC in 1951 I joined the Trojan Marching Band. A few weeks later we were sent to Berkeley for a football game. Cal had been a powerhouse for three years with an impressive win/loss record. To the shock of the locals, USC won. On the way home we read Bay Area newspapers. The local sports writers couldn’t believe that USC won fair and square. The word cheating was spread into the reports.

I was shocked that sport writers could be that unprofessional, but I never imaged a presidential candidate could be that way. It’s slowly penetrating into Donald Trump brain that he is about to lose. Just like those sport writers, he is using the same refrain: They cheated!

I find it shameful that an aspirent to the presidency would resort to that childish refrain, “They Cheated.”
