Dear Patients, Colleagues, and Friends, 

With bittersweet emotion, I must inform you that I am leaving John C. Fremont Hospital. 

To my patients: My year providing your medical care has been filled with wonderful memories and new friendships. In addition to medical conversations, we were able to share endearing stories of family, exotic travels, and even discussions of government and politics. I am honored to have had your trust and I cherish our friendships. I am thankful that you allowed me to be open with you, both professionally and personally. It has been my pleasure to be your doctor and I will sincerely miss you all. 

To all of you who reached out to the administration and the board of directors - made phone calls, wrote letters and attended the meeting on January 18; I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You showed your immense support. You walked with me through this difficult time. 

To all my JCFH colleagues and staff: Thank you for your invaluable help in providing medical care. Everyone of you at JCFH is special -- I see it everyday. You give more than is asked of you and this dedication inspire and pushes us all to work harder and provide better care. You made me happy to go to work even when the computers were down! I’m proud of the practice we all built and shared together. You and our friendships will remain close to my heart. 

I will continue to pray for the good health and happiness that I have always strived to provide you. Thank you again for the privilege of being your doctor, colleague, and friend.
