On Wednesday, May 31, 2017 Sierra Foothill Charter School students and staff showed off their talents to a very appreciative audience. From singing to dancing and gymnastics, playing instruments to comedy and variety acts, everyone entertained and performed beautifully. After School Program Director Cate Cannon and parent volunteer Jon-Paul Salonen organized rehearsals and pulled together all aspects of the Talent Show.
SFCS 0543Kaden Kimbro performed a Jimi Hendrix inspired version of the Star Spangled Banner.
SFCS 0558Hula hoopers Natalee Marundee, Irie Jones, and Weston Frazer impress the audience with their skills.
SFCS 0582Vera Smerber composed and sang a song about candy that left the audience very hungry. Emcee Jon-Paul Salonen is in the background.
SFCS 0081Instructional Aide David Newberry performed a Dr. Seuss tongue twister for students, including showing students his hand drawn illustrations to go along with it.
SFCS 0105 Marilyn Kleiman-Moore and visiting alumnas Christine Bittis performed a Green Day song.

The afternoon included many other impressive acts.
