The Mariposa County Department of Agriculture in conjunction with the University of California Cooperative Extension will be presenting its annual Hot Topics in Integrated Weed Management workshop on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at McCay Hall in Catheys Valley, California.
Are you interested in learning about 2017 updates from the California Department of Pesticide Regulation, ground & surface water protection, mosquito-borne diseases, aquatic weeds, or targeted grazing for weed control? Then come join us for this workshop.
If you need continuing education hours for your State Department of Pesticide Regulation license or you’re Private Applicator Certification, 5.0 hours of DPR continuing education credits including 2 hours of laws & regulations have been requested.
On-site registration for the workshop will began at 8:00 a.m. and the workshop will run from 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
The cost for the workshop is $35 and includes snacks, lunch, and handout materials. Registration is required; please register by Friday, July 14, 2017.
Please be prepared to show photo identification for admittance to the workshop. Bring a chair cushion for your comfort.
