The Mariposa SPCA is helping out fire victims this week Wednesday through Friday, July 26 - 28. Mariposa residents affected by the Detwiler Fire can go to the SPCA and collect items needed for FREE. Everything from household items, clothing & shoes, to pet food will be given to help area residents. Anyone wishing to donate items to help are welcome to do so.
The Mariposa SPCA Yard Sale area is normally open from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Tuesday through Saturday, and is located at 5599 Hwy. 49 North in Mariposa.
This week the SPCA will be closed on Saturday, July 29, 2017 for some much-needed rest, due to the long hours the staff has spent dealing with evacuation needs of Mariposa County residents.
