October 16, 2017 - The Lake Don Pedro Elementary School Parent’s Club is putting on the annual Harvest Festival on Sunday, October 29^th, 2017.  This year the event will take place at the Lake Don Pedro Elementary School at 2411 Hidalgo Street.  There will be all sorts of festival games starting at 4:30 P.M. in the gym.  Last year’s favorite, the Cake Walk will be front and center!  Then at 5:30 P.M. the activities move to the school’s parking lot for a candy laden Trunk or Treat!  At “dusk” (around 6:00 P.M.) there will be a spooky Haunted House under the shade canopy.  Entry into the Festival is free, some games are free as well, the Cakewalk costs $1 and admission into the Haunted House is also $1 a trip or $5 for unlimited trips.  There will be food and beverage available for sale. 

Set up for Trunk or Treat is at 5:00 P.M. in the LDPE parking lot. Bring your own candy and there is a $25 prize to the best-decorated trunk!
