The busy Holiday season is about to start, with Thanksgiving just weeks away, followed by the whirl of Christmas (or Chanukah) and New Years.  So take time on Sunday, November 9th to treat yourself and your family to pancakes and eggs at the Old School House in Historic Coulterville, located at the corner of Broadway and Cemetery Sts.  Breakfast will be served from 8 to 11 a.m.  A generous serving of eggs, ham or sausage, “all-you-can-eat” pancakes, fresh fruit and beverage costs only $5.00 for adults, $3.00 for children or get the family “package” for $15.00 (2 adults & 2 children).

Select items from the History Center’s Holiday Bazaar will be on hand so you can see (and conveniently purchase) some of our featured items.  If you like them, come on over to the museum after breakfast and check out the entire array of Holiday gift items available.

The NMCHC’s Holiday Bazaar will open November 9th and run through Dec 24th.  Hours are the same as the museum: Wednesday through Sunday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

The NMCHC was established as a 501c3 charitable organization in 1976 with the History Center opening to the public in 1980.  Visited by thousands each year, including international travelers from around the world, the various displays and photos provide an authentic glimpse of the life and times of the pioneers who helped settle the area in the early 1800’s and those who traveled west during the 1849 California gold rush.  Memberships and volunteer opportunities are available.  Call 209-878-3015 for more information or check out the website at: www.CoultervilleHistoryCenter.org and our Facebook page: Northern Mariposa County History Center.
