NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

(GOVERNMENT CODE § 54956)


PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by concurrence of its members, a special meeting of the Mariposa County Board of Supervisors has been called pursuant to Government Code §54956 and will commence at 2:00 PM on Monday, December 29, 2014, in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, located at The Mariposa County Government Center, 5100 Bullion Street, Mariposa, California 95338.

The special meeting is for the purpose of discussing and transacting the following business:

A.   Call to Order and Roll Call

B.   Pledge of Allegiance

C.     Closed Session

1.    Human Resources/Risk Management

CLOSED SESSION: Public Employee Employment Title or Position to be Filled: (Government Code Section 54957 (B) (1); County Health Officer 

D.   Adjournment

Pursuant to Government Code §54954.3, members of the public will have the opportunity to directly address the Board concerning the above-mentioned business, to the extent required by law.

This notice is to be delivered to each member of the Board of Supervisors, and to each local newspaper of general circulation and radio or television station requesting notice in writing. The notice shall be delivered personally or by other means, and shall be received at least 24 hours before the time of the meeting as specified in this notice.
