The Friends of the Library’s semi-annual book sale is once again happening the first weekend in May. The sale starts on Thursday, April 30th, beginning at 1:00 p.m. and running to 6:00 p.m. that day. On Friday, May 1st, the sale is from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The book sale will continue on Saturday, May 2nd, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00, with the last day of the sale on Sunday, May 3rd, from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The sale is open to the public. On Thursday and Friday of the sale, Friends of the Library members only will be able to buy one book and get a second one free. This does not apply to books from the Books Galore. Memberships are available at the door. For an individual this is only $5.

This semi-annual sale offers a great selection of fiction, non-fiction, and reference books, including some of the latest best sellers, children’s, do-it-yourself, instructional, historical, hobby, cooking, business, and many more. Video and audio media are also available. All sale books are priced for only $1.

You can also take the opportunity to browse the latest and most popular hardback books from the Books Galore located in the Library meeting room. Books Galore selections are priced at a fraction of their original cost, and your favorite author’s most recent book can almost always be found.

*Just a reminder, book donations to the Friend‘s book sale will be not taken two weeks prior to or during the sale.Book-Sale-Flyer
