May 2015 - NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Election will be held in the Bass Lake Joint Union School District, Trustee Area 4, on Tuesday, June 2, 2015

The polls will open at 7:00 a.m. and will close at 8:00 p.m

The following is a listing of polling places to serve you on Election Day. 

Ahwahnee Four Square Church – 42461 Highway 49, Ahwahnee 

Oakhurst Community Center – 39800 Road 425B, Oakhurst

THE BACK COVER OF YOUR SAMPLE BALLOT WILL INDICATE YOUR POLLING PLACE LOCATION.

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SAMPLE BALLOT, OR IF YOU HAVE LOST OR MISPLACED THE ONE SENT TO YOU, CALL THE ELECTIONS DIVISION BEFORE ELECTION DAY FOR MORE INFORMATION.
VOTE BY MAIL – DEADLINE TO RETURN VOTED BALLOTS:

 Voters receiving their ballots by mail are urged to vote and return their ballots timely. 

Voted ballots must be received or postmarked on or before Election Day and received within three days of the Election to be considered timely. 

On Election Day, voters may return voted ballots to any polling place in the county or deliver it to the office of the County Clerk-Recorder, located at 200 W. 4th Street, Madera.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all Official Ballots cast at the June 2, 2015 Bass Lake Joint Union School District Trustee Area 4 Special Election will be tabulated in the office of the County Clerk/Registrar of Voters, located at 200 West 4th Street, Madera.

 The semi-official canvass commences at the time the polls close, 8:00 p.m. on June 2, 2015.
