Mr. Snipes was wanted for questioning in relation the officer involved shooting last week where a Fresno County Deputy Sheriff killed a suspect who pointed a rifle at officers. Kyle Snipes had driven a stolen vehicle to the house where the deadly confrontation occurred, but fled the scene at some point during the incident.Mr. Snipes will be transported and booked into the Fresno County Jail on the warrant. There is on-going investigation into his involvement with the stolen vehicle and the events surrounding the fatal shooting last Thursday.
