ArtistYosemite National Park enjoys a long and celebrated relationship with artists, from all over the world, who are eternally inspired to capture the grandeur of the landscape and share the stories of this extraordinary place.

Artists' Point will be displayed from July 25 to September 25, 2015 and features the work of artists (at the Treetop Gallery in Mariposa) who are fortunate enough to call Yosemite their neighbor. The immediate and intimate relationship these artists share with Yosemite shapes their identity as artists and informs their work. Using the visual arts to celebrate the natural beauty of the land, interpret historical moments and social issues relevant to the Park, and raise awareness for the importance of preserved natural spaces these artists share with us rare insights on Yosemite that only a lifelong neighbor could know.

With Artists:
Linda Abbott, Jackie Baxton, Leonard Bullock, Moira Donahoe, Ann Harris, Charlotte Hoffman, David Hoffman, Carol Johnson, Jeanne Moje MacDonald, Michelle Marco, Ann Mendershausen, Penny Otwell, Juanita Smith, Kerby Smith, and Vicki Thomas.

This is an official event of the 125th Anniversary of Yosemite National Park.
