August 30, 2015 - CAL FIRE reports this morning over 6,000 firefighters remain on the lines battling 12 active wildfires and improvement in the weather conditions have assisted firefighters in continued progress on containment lines.
Weather across the state today will bring normal temperatures and elevated humidity. The outlook for the beginning of the week remains much the same, although high winds are expected across the desert passes of Southern California, bringing with it elevated fire danger.
