September 2, 2015 - Yosemite National Park Rangers found the body of James Michael Millett Jr. yesterday, September 1, 2015. His body was found above Yosemite Valley.
There are no further details available at this time. An investigation is ongoing.

September 1, 2015 - If you were in the area of North Dome or Upper Yosemite Fall between August 11 and August 15, 2015 OR if you have have information about this individual, please call the Yosemite National Park
Emergency Communications Center at 209/379-1992."Michael" planned a day hike to Upper Yosemite Fall on August 11 and has not returned to his vehicle. Michael is a 39-year-old male who is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 170 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.
