September 17, 2015 - Anne Brock, 53, of Mariposa, has been appointed to the 35a District Agricultural Association, Mariposa County Fair Board of Directors. Brock has been a principal software consultant at BMC Software since 2001. She was a customer support manager at Siebel Systems from 1999 to 2001 and a customer support director at Loansoft Inc. from 1998 to 1999 and at PMI Mortgage Insurance from 1993 to 1998. Brock was a help desk manager at NTT Technologies in 1993 and held several positions at Chevron Information Technology Company from 1986 to 1993, including programmer and help desk manager. Brock is a member of the Mariposa Democratic Club, Mariposa County Democratic Central Committee, National Organization for Women and the American Association of University Women. This position does not require Senate confirmation and there is no compensation. Brock is a Democrat. 

James Lowell Munn, 80, of Coulterville, has been appointed to the 35a District Agricultural Association, Mariposa County Fair and Homecoming Board of Directors, where he has served since 1985. Munn held several positions at the Mariposa County Public Works Department from 1969 to 1994, including senior engineering technician and engineering technician. He was a land surveyor at the Pacific Gas and Electric Company from 1963 to 1969. Munn served as a fire control technician in the U.S. Navy from 1955 to 1958. This position does not require Senate confirmation and there is no compensation. Munn is a Republican.
