October 2, 2015 - The Sonora area CHP reports on October 1, 2015, at approximately 1:40 P.M., David Creekmore came to the Sonora Area CHP office to ask some questions about an ongoing legal matter.
Mr. Creekmore appeared to be under the influence and Officer Pulido asked him how he arrived at our office. David Creekmore advised he drove here in a Nissan Pathfinder. The CHP video security system showed Mr. Creekmore driving into the lot with no one else in the vehicle and showed him as the driver.
Officer Pulido administered Field Sobriety Tests on him and placed him under arrest for DUI on drugs. Upon checking the Nissan, Officer Pulido observed large amounts of Marijuana and paraphernalia in the vehicle.
David Creekmore was also charged with possession of more than one ounce of Marijuana and transportation. The Marijuana was taken in as evidence.
