As part of Sierra Foothill Charter School's merit system, once a month on Friday afternoons, students who have stayed on task and completed their work get to participate in a variety of fun activities put together by staff.

SFCS held its first "Fun Friday" last week.

This month's activities included bubbles, sidewalk chalk art, leaf rubbings, making Halloween bats, kickball, face painting, and drumming. The sound system was hooked up outside by the field with a few students acting as DJs for the afternoon.
