Central California Livestock Symposium

University Of California Cooperative Extension’s Livestock & Natural Resources Advisor for Madera, Mariposa, and Merced Counties Fadzayi Mashiri is hosting a workshop for local ranchers at McCay Hall in Catheys Valley on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The presentations will cover topics including: animal health (beef and poultry), ground water ecology and policy, post fire rangeland management, water quality, Beef Quality Assurance and tips to improve profitability. Presenters will be University of California Specialists, Professors and UC Cooperative Extension Advisors.
