Congratulations to Teena Starchman's third and fourth graders at Sierra Foothill Charter School! A few weekends ago, the Mariposa County Health Department held its first Paseo de Mariposa run. Ms. Starchman's classroom had the most participants. As a result, on a recent Friday the entire classroom received free Paseo de Mariposa t-shirts and frozen yogurt treats from Yosemite Treats. Great job to those students who participated in the run! Thank you to the Mariposa County Health Department and Yosemite Treats. The run will be held again next year during Butterfly Festival weekend.
