1.              Consideration of approval of a Resolution of Madera County Maintenance District No. 46, Ahwahnee authorizing the Public Works Director or designee to sign financing agreement, amendments, and certifications for funding under the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF); authorizing to approve claims for reimbursement; authorizing to execute budget and expenditure summary; authorizing to sign the final release form and to sign the certification of project completion; and pledging and dedicating net water revenues from to payment of DWSRF financing.
