September 20, 2014 - Madera County Sheriff's Office: At 9:15 PM, Friday September 19, 2014, the below named inmates escaped from the Madera County Department of Corrections.
Jail officials, along with Madera County Sheriff’s detectives, are investigating.
The immediate focus at this hour is capturing the five escapees.
Abel Ramos (DOB 5-27-1989) in custody for the following charges:
Attempted Murder
Recklessly Evading a Peace Officer
Burglary
Felon in Possession of a firearm
Probation Violation
Receiving Stolen Property
Carrying a concealed weapon
Carrying a loaded firearm
Juan Lopez (DOB 10-1-1983) in custody for the following charges:
Attempted Murder
Parole Violation
Strong Armed Robbery
Probation Violation
Ricardo Cendejas (DOB 9-15-1995) in custody for the following charges:
Attempted Murder
Armed Robbery
Strong Arm Robbery
Carjacking
Promoting/Assisting further felonious acts with a street gang
Roel Soliz (DOB 10-29-1984) in custody for the following charges:
Parole Violation
Burglary
Probation Violation
Possession of a controlled substance
Jorge Lope-Diaz (DOB 11-8-1987) in custody for the following charges:
Strong Arm Robbery
Interfering with an Officer
