Yosemite National Park Service Ranger Chris Raines, a member of the Education Branch of YNP, visited Sierra Foothill Charter School on Tuesday, February 14, 2017. She visited with TK through 2nd grade students first and then with students in grades 3 through 8, giving presentations that included many interesting facts and photos about a variety of animals native to Yosemite. Students then had the opportunity to check out some of the pelts and skulls of the animals they just learned about.
