1.              Add the classification of Assistant Public Health Director.



2.              Set the salary range for Assistant Public Health Director as follows:



a.              Range 399 (MB2 1115), $9,194 - $11,175 per month ($110,334 -$134,111 annually, $53.05 - $64.48 per hour).



3.              Designate the Assistant Public Health Director class as overtime exempt, pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act.



4.              Allocate the Assistant Public Health Director class to the Mid-Management Unit, for bargaining purposes. 



5.              Eliminate the class of Nutritional Services Director.



6.              Direct the Human Resources/Operations Division of County Administration to amend the Position Allocation within the Public Health Department (Org Key #06870) as follows, effective April 1, 2017:



a.              Eliminate 1.0 FTE allocated to the class of Nutritional Services Director.

b.              Add 1.0 FTE and allocate it to the class of Public Health Program Manager.
