The 5 foothill 4-H counties will once again have 4-H members representing their county at the Ironstone Concours D’Elegance slated for Saturday, September 27 at the Ironstone Vineyards in Murphys.  This is the 18th year that The Ironstone 4-H Foundation has put on this vintage car show.  Proceeds from the 2014 Ironstone Concours d’ Elegance will go to benefit youth education programs for the 4-H, Future Farmers of America (FFA), and provide scholarships for Friends of the California State Fair.

The 2014 event will include on-site interactive activities for family members of all ages.  Along with fine food, music, and special guests, the 2014 Ironstone Concours will include live demonstrations from the Future Farmers of America and members of the 4-H showing off their award winning animals, public speaking, giving demonstrations, and presenting special gifts to the car winners.

This event features over 300 classic automobiles in the beautiful setting of Ironstone Vineyards. This year, 2014, the concours will feature race cars, steam- and electric-powered vehicles, high-end hot rods and kustoms, plus American and European classics. This renowned event for classic automotive enthusiasts, the Concours d’ Elegance is truly an event you don’t want to miss. Tickets cost $20 per adult or $35 per couple or a family (a family is considered two adults and 2 children). Children under 14 admitted free.
