SFCS 3790

The SFCS banner noting its CA Honor Roll School recognition has arrived at the school. It will soon be hung. SFCS was selected as a 2016 Honor Roll school. "The Honor Roll is part of a national effort to identify higher-performing schools and highlight successful practices that improve outcomes for students. Schools receiving this distinction ... have demonstrated consistent high levels of student academic achievement, improvement in achievement levels over time, and reduction in achievement gaps among student populations." SFCS credits hardworking staff, supportive community, and terrific students for earning this distinction.  Here, a group of SFCS fifth through eighth graders hold the banner: Sophia Rudge, Kaeli Sheffield, Malachi Shelton, Celianna Lee, Nayo Rhoan, Kaden Kimbro, Bradlie Tiexiera (peeking through), Spencer Baumann, Conner Eastwood, Kolton Olsen, Trevor McClard (below Kolton), Cole Silva, Emilee Cordero (hands in front of her mouth), Skylee Butler, Marilyn Kleiman-Moore, and Allex Smith.
