Mariposa County June 2015 Home Sales Prices Continue Rising Trend

July 7, 2015 - Mariposa County home sales report for June 2015 lists 16 residential homes sold for an average sales price of $310,719. The average sales price is up from the June 2014 price of $268,200 when only 5 homes sold.

During June 2015, 2 Manufactured/Mobile homes sold for an average price of $117,500. June 2014 had 4 sales with an average sold price of $148,237.

Year to Date their have been 129 total sales in the county with 86 Residential, 15 Manufactured/Mobile and 28 land sales.

Year to Date sales for June 2014 had 108 sales with 65 Residential, 13 Manufactured/Mobile and 30 land sales.

June 2015 had 313 Active Listings consisting of 104 Residential, 23 Manufactured/Mobile and 166 land properties.

June 2014 had 350 Active Listings consisting of 124 Residential, 14 Manufactured/Mobile and 212 land properties.
