For the first time in nearly a century, Congress passed actual health care reform, H.R. 3962. I would like to say thank you to those representatives who voted in favor of this historic legislation. They resisted outrageous pressure from insurance industry lobbyists showing they understood the plight of many Americans.
To Representative George Radanovich I would like to say that I am saddened by your vote against the bill. We have not seen you express one single fresh idea of your own in months – certainly not on health care reform. You have simply gone “party line” all the way. You will have one last opportunity to vote on the final House version. Please reconsider and vote yes.
Please, Rep. Radanovich, lead or get out of the way! Too many people in your district and especially your home county depend on you to work for them to just ignore their needs.
