An Artful Day in Yosemite
The Yosemite Holiday Craft Bazaar, an annual fundraiser for the Yosemite National Park Child Care Centers (YNPCCC), will bring local artists together to share and sell their work in the Curry Village Dining Pavilion on Friday, December 5th, 2014 from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. The artists are excited to share their creative gifts with the public while supporting the children of Yosemite and El Portal. This historic venue in Yosemite Valley will showcase the abundance of local hand-made items such as jewelry, holiday cards, wool art, watercolor and oil paintings, pottery, photography, woodwork, mosaic tile objects, and much more!
The striking wonders of Yosemite inspire local artists to create stunning works of art. The Yosemite Holiday Craft Bazaar has assembled an exceptionally talented group of people to share their work with you. Artists put their creativity, time, and love for Yosemite into pieces that make thoughtful gifts for your loved ones. A face to face experience with an artist forges a connection between the customer and the one who receives the gifts. It is also a perfect way to shop locally and support our local artists and community while shortening your holiday shopping list.
Lunch will be available for purchase during the show and a raffle and silent auction will take place as well. Please join us for this festive fundraising art event at the Curry Village Dining Pavilion in Yosemite Valley from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Friday, December 5th, 2014.
