Construction Foreman:
Full time, Non-exempt Employee.
The Construction Foreman is responsible for overseeing construction projects as assigned. The Construction Foreman shall oversee the rehabilitation of homes, the construction of new residential units, and the infrastructure to service those facilities. The Construction Foreman is responsible for implementing the construction schedule and providing the means to carry out the schedule. The Construction Foreman shall direct and oversee the construction crew and shall call for the proper inspections and testing of building components at the proper times during the schedule. The Construction Foreman shall maintain a safe work place and shall insure all construction crew employees follow safe work practices. The Construction Foreman shall be a working Foreman, and shall also assume the same duties of a Construction Carpenter.
Applicants shall have knowledge of carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, appliance repairs, demolition, remodeling, drywall work, rental unit turnovers, grounds keeping, preventative maintenance, and other various construction and maintenance tasks. Requires high school diploma or GED equivalent, at least 10 years of construction experience, and at least two years of experience as a Construction Foreman or equivalent.
Salary: $47,923 - $62,297(DOE).

Construction Laborer:
Full time, Non-exempt Employee.
The Construction Laborer is responsible for assisting carpenters to construct and rehabilitate homes. Laborers clean jobsites retrieve and stage materials. Laborers may also work with an equipment operator installing infrastructure.
Required knowledge of basic hand tool operations, infrastructure installation, and general building concepts. From time to time a Laborer may be asked to perform additional duties beyond their current skill level, when asked to so do it shall be considered as training.
Starting at $9.00 per hour (DOE).
