Mariposa County Public Health Community Health Assessment Survey
January 27, 2024 - Mariposa Public Health is conducting a Community Health Assessment (CHA) to gather valuable insight to drive positive change for our community. As a valuable stakeholder of Mariposa County, your feedback on the CHA survey will guide the community health goals for the next two years.
The CHA is an assessment done to collect and analyze data on the health of our community and determine areas of improvement for equitable outcomes and better overall health. With the collected data from the survey, we can better understand how our agency can best serve our population through changes in policy, infrastructure, and more. To learn more about the purpose of the CHA visit the CDC - https://www.cdc.gov/publichealthgateway/cha.
