March 30, 2023 - Riverside County Sheriff's Office officials report in March 2023, Investigators from the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station, assumed the investigation into alleged lewd acts on a child. During the course of the investigation the suspect was identified as Ronald Masiel Andino Rodriguez (hispanic male, 40 years old) a resident of Lake Elsinore, CA. On March 29, 2023, the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station Investigations Bureau and members of the Lake Elsinore Station Special Enforcement Team (SET), located Ronald near the 33000 block of Mission Trail, where Ronald was arrested without incident. Ronald was booked into Cois Byrd Detention Center on numerous charges of lewd acts on a child, rape, kidnapping, and false imprisonment.
