April 15, 2023 - Riverside County Sheriff’s Office officials reported that on April 12, 2023, about 6:00 p.m., the Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station’s Robbery Burglary Suppression Team (RBST), Special Enforcement Team Gang Unit and Problem Oriented Policing Team, served a search warrant at a residence in the 24000 block of Lamont Drive, Moreno Valley. During the search warrant service, property belonging to the victim and a stolen firearm were recovered. Deputies also recovered a stolen vehicle which was being driven by the suspects during the robbery. Ezekiel Lopez (pictured), a 19-year-old resident of Moreno Valley was arrested without incident and booked at the Robert Presley Detention Center.
