22200 block of Lark Street, in Grand Terrace. Upon arriving, deputies detained the suspect, Karen Welsher. The victim, Scott Welsher, who is the husband of the suspect, was located inside the home suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.Detectives with the Sheriff’s Specialized Investigations Division-Homicide Detail responded and are conducting the investigation. Karen Welsher was arrested and transported to a hospital for evaluation. She will be booked for PC-187, Murder. The investigation is ongoing, and no further details are available at this time.
