Double Down 

June 20, 2023 - San Bernardino Police Department officials report that as Met Officers conducted targeted patrols in high-crime areas they encountered two separate gang members who were in possession of loaded firearms. The first suspect attempted to evade officers on foot and discarded a loaded firearm. He was apprehended and turned out to be a convicted felon.

Later that day, officers conducted a traffic stop when the suspect attempted to evade them but was detained. He was found to be armed with a loaded firearm as well. Additionally, he was in possession of Fentanyl and Meth for sale. He too was a convicted felon, and out on bail for a firearm charge.

Both suspects were arrested on felony charges.
