Ramirez was transported to a local hospital where, despite life-saving measures, he was pronounced deceased.Investigators with the Sheriff’s Specialized Investigations Division responded and assumed the investigation, which is ongoing.
Ramirez was arrested on September 21, 2021, by the San Bernardino Police Department, for possession of a controlled substance while armed, felon in possession of a firearm, and prohibited person in possession of ammunition.
