Solving Violent Crime 

August 23, 2023 - San Bernardino Police Department officials report that recently, SBPD patrol officers responded to a “shots fired” call in the Western District. Officers arrived and began checking the immediate area. They spoke with numerous people, collected evidence to include fired bullet casings, and established a suspect vehicle description.

Shortly after, the officers located that vehicle! They conducted a felony traffic stop and detained multiple subjects. Inside the vehicle, officers located a rifle plus a pair of handguns.

Officers identified the person who was responsible for the shooting, and he was arrested on felony charges.
