September 5, 2023 - San Diego Police Department officials report that they need your help finding Stefan Lowry. Stefan was last seen near 1200 Dennery Road around 7:10 P.M. He is considered missing at-risk.

Stefan is described as a 32-year-old white Male, 5’9”, 160 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a Black zip-up jacket, dark-colored shorts, and white tennis shoes. He was seen in a white 2018 Hyundai Genesis (CA: 7ZAW819)
