September 6, 2023 - San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department officials report that in July 2023, investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Crimes Against Children Detail (CAC), and Rancho Cucamonga Station, investigated allegations of illicit contact with a minor. Detectives identified Christopher Heath as the suspect.

At the conclusion of the investigation, Heath was arrested and booked into the Central Detention Center in San Bernardino for violation of PC 288.3(A), in lieu of $30,000 bail.

Detectives believe there may be additional victims and are releasing a photograph of Heath, and Heath’s vehicle.
