October 5, 2023 - Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating Missing Person Menachem Mendel Rabinowich.

He is a 21-year-old male White who last had telephone contact with his family on August 28, 2023, at 6:00 p.m.  Mr. Rabinowich resides in Manhattan, New York.

Menachem is 6’06” tall, 235 lbs., brown curly hair with green eyes, mustache, and goatee. 

Mr. Rabinowich is diagnosed with a mental health disorder.

His family is concerned with his well-being and is asking for the public’s help.
