Man Arrested for Drug Sales and Possession of Stolen Property 

November 30, 2023 – Riverside County Sheriff's Office officials report that on November 29, 2023, at 3:30 a.m., deputies from the Lake Elsinore Station conducted a check of an occupied vehicle that was stopped in traffic lanes on Grape Street, near the intersection of Railroad Canyon Road, Lake Elsinore. The driver, and only occupant of the vehicle, George Moore, a 59-year-old resident of Wildomar, was found to be asleep behind the wheel.

After waking Moore, he was found to be on probation for weapons charges. A search of the vehicle was conducted and over 80 grams of methamphetamine, $8,000 in cash, and other items related to drug sales were discovered, along with numerous pieces of jewelry estimated at a value of over $20,000. The jewelry was later connected to a burglary in San Diego County with a victim being identified.

Moore was booked at the Cois Byrd Detention Center on charges of drug sales and possession of stolen property.
