February 29, 2024 - Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit are seeking assistance in locating an at-risk missing person, Rafael Espina. He is a 71-year-old Hispanic male, who was last in contact with his family in August 2023.

Rafael is 5’ 10”, 210 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes.  Unknown clothing description.

Mr. Espina’s family is concerned about his well-being as he is diagnosed with a mental health disorder and has a possible destination to Odessa, Texas.
